Superintendents have the primary responsibility for overall safety, schedule management, field operations, subcontractor management, financial management, and assist in Pre‑Construction Services (estimating & purchasing). Superintendents also help mentor and foster an environment of ongoing learning and development on their teams – you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your experience and expertise to the benefit of your teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or equivalent experience 3+ years of progressively responsible field operations experience in a general contracting environment, including, at a minimum, verifiable experience managing projects over $15M Experience managing a large team of subcontractors and over 15 trades Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to create, update and manage construction schedules – experience with P6 a plus Excellent organizational skills Ability to establish priorities, meet firm deadlines, and problem‑solve Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to multi‑task and establish priorities Must be goal‑oriented and a self‑starter Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
