What You'll DoPresent and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patientsReview insurance benefits, estimates, and financial optionsSupport case acceptance by building trust and answering patient questionsCoordinate scheduling for treatment to maximize provider productivityCollaborate closely with providers and front office teamsHelp establish processes and workflows in a new office environmentTrack and support key metrics such as case acceptance, production, and schedule utilizationDeliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience from start to finish????
