Pay: $48-$58 hourly
About the Opportunity:Blue United Sourcing is seeking two motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Emeryville, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a wonderful clinic with strong staff longevity , where therapists enjoy a collaborative environment and the opportunity to treat athletic and active patients focused on performance and recovery.
The clinic values quality care and provides 45-minute treatment sessions , allowing therapists the time they need to deliver personalized, effective care.
What You'll Do:- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and guide patients through rehabilitation exercises.
- Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and athletic patient population.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support quality patient care.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible California Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Interest in orthopedic and athletic rehabilitation
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Competitive hourly pay: $48–$58/hour
