Role Overview This position is for a Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care in a specialized 15-bed unit. Key duties include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and educating patients and families on managing their conditions and post-treatment needs. The nurse promotes patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a safe environment. The role requires critical nursing skills to address complex cardiac conditions and devices, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. Qualifications & Skills Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Licensure: Valid RN license required. Experience: No experience required; Preferred Skills: Critical care or cardiac experience, ability to work safely and alertly, strong communication, and collaboration skills.
