We run career workshops and mentorship programs that help students figure out what they want to do with their lives. We've reached thousands of students across 220+ schools - and we're just getting started.## What you'll actually doYou'll be the coach students text when they're stuck, scared, or celebrating. You're their hype person, their accountability partner, and sometimes just the person who believes in them when no one else does. Across the year you'll be in active conversation with **thousands of students** at once - so the role is part 1:1 connection, part virtual coach, part operator running the backbone of the program.On-site at conferences (2 days/week)* Support full-day career workshops at schools across California and Nevada (typically 7AM - 3PM PT)* Connect with students 1:1 and in groups - you're approachable, memorable, someone they trust* Travel to school sites, sometimes 3+ hours each way, with some overnight travel 2x/monthBehind the scenes (the rest of the week)* Coach students 1:1 virtually via text - we promise students personalized support 9AM - 8PM PT every day (Monday - Sunday). Team members rotate shifts so everyone gets two consecutive days off each week.* Manage relationships at scale - keeping hundreds of student conversations active across SMS, email, and our internal tools at any given time* Run the operational backbone: scheduling, tracking, onboarding new schools and students, conducting progress calls with teachers* Work with AI tools that handle the busywork so you can focus on the human stuff* Whatever else needs doing - we're a startup, roles flex## You're right for this if...* **You light up around students.** You genuinely enjoy young people and want to help them win.* **You're reliable and organized.** When you say you'll do something, it happens. You stay positive and adapt.* **You're excited to travel.** School visits, conferences, events - you want to be in the room, not just behind a screen.## Requirements* Work with us in-person in Las Vegas, at our Summerlin office, when not at school sites* Available to support in-person conferences 2 days per week, often full-day (6+ hours on-site)* Valid driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to drive 3+ hours to school sites* Open to overnight travel when conferences are far from Las Vegas* Open to working late hours to virtually support students 9AM - 8PM PT. We have weekend shifts and team members rotate so everyone gets at least two consecutive days off each week.* Mastery of Google Drive for staying organized* Strong written communication (you'll be messaging all day)* Comfortable learning new tech and AI tools quickly* Bonus: experience tutoring, mentoring, coaching, teaching, or customer-facing roles## Compensation & benefits* $45,000 - $65,000 per year, with bonus* Paid time off* Relocation assistance* Full benefits package - discussed during first interviewIf you read this and thought "I was literally born for this" - we want to hear from you.
