Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:
•Assist with compiling monthly and yearend financial statements
•Gather monthly sales tax data, review for accuracy, and process payments
•Prepare monthend journal entries and support monthend close tasks
•Work on ad hoc accounting projects, including streamlining Sage processes and improving inventory controls
•Support general accounting operations in a fullcharge capacity
•Assist with job costing as needed
Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:
•Strong fullcharge accounting experience with monthend responsibility
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
•Knowledge of job costing is a plus
