Customer-Focused Personal Banker I

Lone Star National Bancshares

Lone Star National Bank is seeking a Personal Banker for our Weslaco, TX location to support customers with routine banking needs, open accounts, process transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes service quality and accurate execution of banking activities.

You will work with the Banking Center team to deliver a positive customer experience, cross-sell bank products, and assist with teller support as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
