Role Description The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Riceville, TN. In this position, the Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations on production lines, including loading materials, monitoring equipment, and following standardized work procedures. Responsibilities include operating machines according to safety and quality guidelines, performing visual inspections, and reporting any product or equipment issues to supervisors. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized work area, completing production documentation accurately, and working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets. Production Associates are expected to follow all safety protocols and adapt to changing schedules, tasks, and process improvements as needed. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in production assistance and working on production lines. Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and basic equipment monitoring. Candidates should possess skills in quality control and visual inspection of parts or assemblies. Candidates should be easily adaptable, with the ability to adjust to new tasks, procedures, and schedules. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized work procedures. Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment. Basic math, reading, and documentation skills for production records. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks as required in a manufacturing environment. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
