Competitive Pay: $42.00 - $48.00/hr based on experience. Night shift differential of $1.50/hour and weekend shift differential of $2/hour. Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours. What You'll Do: Deliver compassionate, high-quality care and follow physician orders for treatments and procedures. Monitor residents’ conditions, document observations, and report changes or adverse reactions. Prepare, maintain, and update patient charts according to departmental policies. Inspect, test, and ensure proper functioning of all medical equipment before use. What You'll Need: High school education Current and valid Massachusetts CRT/RRT licensure Must have at least 5 years of respiratory therapist experience Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills Maintains current CPR certification, including BLS and ACLS Ensures ongoing educational competency in compliance with state and federal regulations Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English Benefits Available for Qualified Positions: Comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, company-funded Life Insurance, and optional STD, LTD, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage.
