What You'll Do: As a Project Manager, you'll oversee construction projects from start to finish - ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will:
- Lead overall project delivery, including cost, schedule, coordination, and contract execution
- Manage project schedules, scopes, buyouts, and construction documents
- Coordinate subcontractor bids and evaluate pricing
- Develop, update, and track project schedules
- Maintain daily communication with field staff, subcontractors, owners, and design teams
- Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, Etc.
- Assist with estimating and project takeoffs
- Track job costs and monitor budgets
- Prepare and review owner billing and project financials
- Lead and participate in OAC, progress, and pre-bid meetings
- Manage submittals, RFIs, design clarifications, and change orders
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support project closeout, AHJ reviews, and final documentation
- A bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field or 2-4+ years of relevant experience (high school diploma/GED required)
- Experience managing construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- The ability to read and understand contracts, drawings, specifications, and financial documents
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to keep projects on track
- Experience preparing detailed billing and documentation
- Familiarity with project management software (experience with Viewpoint a plus)
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
- Certifications such as OSHA-10, LEED AP, CMIT, or CCM preferred (or willingness to obtain)
