Position Summary:

Towne Place Suites by Marriott Ontario Airport is seeking a dedicated, guest - focused, and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, supporting front desk operations, and assisting with staff supervision, training, and daily hotel activities. This role is perfect for an individual with strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and a passion for creating a memorable guest experience 

Key Front Desk Responsibilities

Maintain administrative records, forms, and compliance documents.

Assist GMs with scheduling meetings, compiling reports, and managing internal documentation.

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts.

Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Balance Cash drawers and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.

Handle guest requests, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism.

Assist with training, coaching, and motivating front desk associates.

Prepare and review daily reports, shift audits, and operational documentation.

Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards , hotel policies, and procedures.

Monitor room availability , reservations, check-ins, and check-outs

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Front Desk hotel experience required Minimum 1-2 years experience (supervisory preferred)

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to balance guest service with administrative work

Comfortable working with PMS and accounting systems

Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service and conflict- resolution skills
