Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology physician job in New Jersey : A health services network in New Jersey is currently seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing Cardiology practice. This role offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered cardiovascular care in a collaborative ambulatory setting.About the Opportunity:Shift: Day Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: 9am to 6pmSetting: OutpatientResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient care to cardiology patientsPerform patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing disease managementDevelop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physicianEducate patients on cardiovascular conditions, medications, and lifestyle modificationsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical recordQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a Family Nurse PractitionerActive Family Nurse Practitioner license in New JerseyBilingual (English and Spanish)Previous experience in a Cardiology role/settingStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in an outpatient settingBoard Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
