This position plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, on-time shipments while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries Verify incoming and outgoing products against packing slips and shipping documents Stock inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required Forklift experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with excellent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Basic computer skills are helpful Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality What We’re Looking For Self-motivated and dependable Strong work ethic Organized and efficient Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow with the company Compensation Includes Competitive Hourly Position Medical Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation 10 Company Paid Holidays 2 Personal Days Location & Type: Full-time employment in the Buffalo/Niagara Region (22 Fay St, Buffalo, NY 14211) #J-18808-Ljbffr Empire EMCO, Inc.
