Operations Support Associate

Summary The Operations Support Associate ensures smooth daily store operations by receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise and supporting sales floor needs. This entry-level role focuses on inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, RFID scanning, tagging, and occasional customer-facing tasks. The position may be offered full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to meet business needs. Responsibilities Process inbound freight and shipments, inspect deliveries, and verify packaging and tag placement Execute daily RFID inventory scans and ISOS replenishment to maintain accurate floor and stock levels Manage ship-to-home orders, store-to-store transfers, reticketing, and labeling activities Support the sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional sales transactions Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation and back-of-house organization Requirements Back-of-house or retail operations experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver throughout sales floor and stock areas, and perform physical tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills to support customers and store personnel Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
