Director, Consultant Relations

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Consultant Relations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead consultant relationship strategy and help expand market presence through trusted partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. The Director will work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to align engagement efforts, uncover new opportunities, and drive growth. This is a highly relationship-driven sales role focused on strategic outreach, service excellence, and go-to-market execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 annually Responsibilities Manage and cultivate consultant relationships, enhancing partnerships and developing new ones. Expand the company's presence within the consultant community through strategic targeting. Collaborate with teams across Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to align goals and strategies. Engage with consultants in the field to uncover business opportunities and drive growth. Provide concierge-level service to consultants, acting as a single point of contact. Develop go-to-market strategies and prioritize engagement with broker agencies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years in consultant relations, consulting, or business development in healthcare. Proven track record in managing and growing consultant relationships. Deep knowledge of healthcare benefits, including PBM and point solutions. Strong strategic planning and data analysis skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
