Customer Service Rep San Diego, CA About The Role As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable support by phone and email. You'll help resolve account issues, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. Location San Diego, CA Work Arrangement Hybrid (in-office and remote) Schedule Full-time This is a hybrid role based in San Diego, with 1-2 days a week in the office and the remaining days remote. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls and email. Resolve customer questions quickly and accurately with a positive, solution-oriented approach. Proactively identify and resolve account issues before they impact customers. Assist customers with reviewing and reporting potential fraudulent transactions. Set up and maintain accurate customer account information. Keep internal systems and databases up to date. Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience. Skills & Requirements High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and internet-based applications Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software is a plus.
