Requirements Care and compassion for children and adults Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours Great attitude and willingness to be coached The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and evenings required Ability to obtain Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Employee discounts/swim lessons 401K with Match Lifeguard Certification Reimbursement Program Bi-annual reviews and raises Fun team atmosphere $19 - $23/hour starting rate, based on experience. $10/hour training rate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
