Hiring: Family Law Attorney | Hybrid | Washington State

Location: Tacoma, WA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a growing legal team serving clients throughout Western Washington.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse family law caseload involving divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, parenting plans, and other domestic relations matters. The attorney will provide legal counsel, develop case strategies, draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, participate in settlement negotiations, represent clients in court proceedings, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the legal process.

Key Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in Washington State

• Experience handling family law matters independently

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills

• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Client-focused approach with strong professional judgment
