This role is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts and involves applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces. Your final compensation will reflect your skills and experience, ensuring you're fairly paid for your expertise.Responsibilities include:Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling cracks and holes.Mix, match, and apply paints, stains, and varnishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.Protect surrounding areas and furniture with drop cloths and masking tape.Inspect painted surfaces for quality and correct any imperfections.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.Compensation & BenefitsPay Rate: $19.00 per hour.Compensation Factors: Your specific pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and relevant certifications.Comprehensive Benefits: This position includes a comprehensive benefits package that offers health insurance.Bonus: You will be eligible for an incentive recognition bonus.Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a painter.Knowledge of painting techniques and procedures.Familiarity with painting tools and equipment.Strong attention to detail and precision.Physical stamina to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment.Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.A valid driver's license may be required.Call to Action.
