Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales
• Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies
• Coordinate test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with professionalism and courtesy
• Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential car sales customers
• Field inquiries about new and used cars, vehicle performance, purchasing processes to uphold customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs
• Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting a plus
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record are mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent mandatory
