Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week

Position Overview

This Certified Nursing Assistant opportunity offers a stable overnight schedule in a long-term care setting where the focus is on providing consistent, hands-on support to residents during evening and overnight hours. The role is well suited for CNAs who prefer a structured night routine and are comfortable working more independently while still collaborating closely with nursing staff.

The facility maintains a straightforward workflow, allowing CNAs to focus on patient care without unnecessary complexity. This position provides an opportunity to step into a reliable schedule, build consistency, and work within a supportive long-term care environment.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $20/hour

• Overtime paid at time and a half when applicable

Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12-hour nights)

• Hours: 36 hours per week

• Includes weekdays, every other weekend , and every other holiday

Work Environment

• Long Term Care / Senior Living setting

• Structured, routine-driven night shift workflow

• Focus on resident comfort, safety, and overnight care needs

• Team includes RNs, LPNs, and CNAs working collaboratively

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

• Bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Repositioning and mobility support

• Monitor residents throughout the night and report any changes in condition

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment

• Document care activities as required

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing

• CNA experience preferred, but not required

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to meet health and background requirements

• Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working overnight shifts
