This position will be responsible for developing and monitoring company policies in compliance with federal and state laws. This position requires communication throughout all levels of the organization; this position may require communication with customers, suppliers and regulatory agencies.Job ResponsibilityLead necessary changes and improvements within the organization to deliver healthy employee relations and organizational improvementEnsure systems and processes are in place for effective employee communicationsRecruiting including reviewing resumes, administering pre-employment screening, interviewing and reference checksOnboarding, orientation and trainingPreparation of all paperwork relating to new employee hires and time and attendance managementMaintain confidential employee information in individual employee personnel files, benefit records, W/C, and OSHAManages all workers compensation claims and disability claims and communicates with insurance adjusterEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory compliance agencies as it relates to labor, wage and hour, and employment lawsPartner with leadership team members in executing initiatives and projects to achieve strategic business planInvestigate into employee complaints and provide counsel to management and employeesPartner with the Director of EHS to manage all site safety and security activities, trainings and programs. Ensure all accidents, near-miss incidents and security issues are communicated, reported, and measured to ensure full regulatory complianceManage employee access cards and maintain system for securityManage and administer employee uniformsOther duties as assigned by managementQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in HR or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experienceSuperior ability to communicate orally, in writing and in electronic formats in EnglishAble to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentDemonstrate ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality workClient-service orientation with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceStrong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to handle stressful situations and resolve conflictSkilled in MS SuitesFamiliarity with HRIS systemsAbility to work autonomouslyKnowledge of employment and wage lawsExperience in manufacturing or supply chain highly desiredRe-Teck and Litong Group are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
