Receptionist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization. Required Work Schedule:

• Sunday's: (8-2pm)/(2p-8p)
• Tuesday's: (4p-8p)
• Wednesday's: (4p-8p)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and effectively
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
• Support team members with various clerical duties

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
• Flexibility to work during scheduled hours and handle occasional additional duties
