About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Customer Solutions Center Lead for the West Arabia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product solutioning for prioritized customer segments, driving the growth and revenue of the company by creating and selling data-driven, scalable, and needs-based solutions. This strategic and execution-driven role requires a deep understanding of market, segments, and customer needs, as well as the ability to translate market strategy into solutions for frontline teams. The role involves enabling market strategy, empowering account managers, and meeting customers to understand their needs. The candidate will also be tasked with monitoring product utilization, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and leveraging the company's capabilities to develop integrated solutions that meet customer requirements. Applicants must have a strong understanding of industry trends, market intelligence, product technology, and APIs. The role demands a leader with strong analytical and financial skills, the ability to influence and motivate others, and a proven track record in commercial performance. Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly across functions are essential.
