Registered Nurse

Liberty Care & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehab community. In this role, you will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, update care plans, and document accurately in the EMR. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, comfort, and long-term wellness while supervising support staff.
