As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll work a team to oversee both the front and back of the house, balancing high standards of service with efficient operational management. Requirements Lead and coordinate daily operations for both Front of House and Back of House, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and staff, motivating and guiding your team to deliver superior service. Address and resolve guest complaints swiftly and professionally, always aiming to exceed guest expectations. Regularly evaluate food quality and service, researching and implementing improvements and sourcing new vendors as needed. Manage staff schedules, performance, and development, providing constructive feedback and training to enhance team productivity. Forecast and manage inventory needs, including goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products, to ensure smooth operations. Enforce sanitation and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all health regulations. Enhance the restaurant’s image and reputation, suggesting and implementing strategies to boost community engagement and brand awareness. Control operational costs and identify strategies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. Create and analyze detailed reports on revenue, expenses, and other key performance metrics. Promote the restaurant through local events and community engagement, leveraging word-of-mouth and social media to reach a broader audience.
