As a Meat Associate , you’ll play a vital role in preparing and presenting premium meat products while delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Job Functions Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and fulfilling orders Cut, grind, weigh, price, wrap, and package meat according to customer specifications Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively Receive, unload, stock, and rotate fresh meat deliveriesEnsure all products are within sell‑by dates and maintain proper display standards Follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently Use cutting gloves and wear non‑slip shoes for safety Handle multiple tasks efficiently while staying organized and attentive Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus. Non‑slip shoes are required for safety (not provided). Legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is a must. Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs easily. Stand and walk long periods. Hear and follow instructions and customer needs. Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and move easily in a busy place. Work comfortably in cold areas and with cleaning products. Handle fresh ingredients without allergies. Use step‑stools and ladders safely.
