We provide cutting-edge resources to make your work life safe and efficient!About the roleThe Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.Compensation and scheduleMultiple shifts available$20.60 hourlyMonday-Friday 11:30AM-8PM OR Sunday-Thursday 11:30AM - 8PMFull-Time, Non-ExemptOnsite: 8586 Trade Center Dr. Suite 100 - West Chester, OH 45011What you will doOperate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgencyRetrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areasOperate barcode scanner and use warehouse softwareAct professionally and remain focused while workingSafely operate all warehouse equipmentFollow directions of leadershipPerform cleaning activities as requiredMaintain a safe and clean warehouseMaintain a positive attitudeAdditional responsibilities as assigned by managementWhat we're looking forHigh School DiplomaMust be in good standing with the companyAbility to read and understand pick tickets and labels written in EnglishAbility to use electronic devicesAbility to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accuratelyAbility to follow detailed instructionsDetail orientedAbility to work independently without close supervisionAbility to prioritize assignments in order to meet cut off times.Able to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift 50 pounds or moreAbility to learn or be trained on using power equipment: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, etc.Willing to perform other duties as requiredAble to work overtime if requiredProtective equipmentMust be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPEPhysical demandsIn performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs.
