In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, assist with process improvements, and work alongside experienced engineering professionals to minimize downtime and maximize product quality. ResponsibilitiesMaintain and support production equipment within an assigned manufacturing area.Perform equipment start-up checks, calibration, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related equipment issues.Update machine settings, operating parameters, and equipment programs as needed.Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues to leadership.Assist with equipment testing, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support equipment installations and production changeovers.Perform soldering and minor repairs when required.Crosstrain with production teams and provide support during staffing needs.Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Qualifications & Requirements EducationTechnical certification, vocational training, or associate degree preferred. ExperienceMinimum one year of manufacturing, assembly, equipment maintenance, or process technician experience.Previous experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment is preferred.Experience with soldering, hand tools, microscopes, or precision measuring equipment is a plus.Experience working with automated equipment or programmable machinery is beneficial but not required. SkillsMechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting abilities.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.Strong communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
