OPC Pest Services is a growing, family-focused pest control business serving all of Kentuckiana. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced pest control professional who enjoys leading by example, mentoring technicians, and being part of a close-knit team.

The Role

As a Service Manager, you'll help lead daily operations and support a team of pest control technicians by:

• Coaching, training, and mentoring technicians
• Assisting with scheduling, routing, and quality control
• Supporting technicians in the field and filling in on routes when needed
• Supporting hiring, training, and team development
• Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings
• Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
• Guide service technicians in resolving client issues and concerns and ensure that customer expectations are met
• Interact with both commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections
• Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections
• Serving as a trusted part of the management team

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years' supervisory and leadership experience
• Must have at least 5 years' progressive pest control experience
• Valid driver's license

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
