Overview

The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are currently looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our facility located in Shillington, PA. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $116,480 to $120,640, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
• Collaborating with other medical providers within the center.
• Working with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassion.

To qualify for this position, the Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a license as a registered nurse. Nurse Practitioners should be certified by completing an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. In states where practice regulations allow, the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the Physician Assistant must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice states.

To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Posted Salary Range: $116,480.00 - $120,640.00 per year.
