We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Attendant to support our warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping our facility clean and organized, assisting with material deliveries, and ensuring materials are available when needed. Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report missing, damaged, or lost materials.
Prepare, package, label, and organize materials for shipment and delivery.
Scan and track materials to ensure accurate distribution.
Deliver materials to jobsites as directed by management.
Assist with ordering materials and warehouse maintenance supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse through sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general housekeeping.
Inspect the facility for minor maintenance needs and report larger issues to management.
Assist with seasonal maintenance and weather-related clean-up efforts.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Assist with training new warehouse personnel.
Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Valid Florida Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
Ability to report to work no later than 7:00 AM each workday.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, cleaning procedures, and facility maintenance preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
