Make a real difference in the lives of elementary students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school environment near San Jose, CA. This role emphasizes collaboration, following a 3:1 week model, and allows you to deliver services to a manageable caseload of approximately 55 students. Immediate start available for a 90-day assignment, with scheduling options ranging between 1 to 5 days per week (8 hours weekly).

Qualifications:

• Hold current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Valid California SLP licensure required
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
• Able to implement the 3:1 service delivery model effectively

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication needs for a diverse group of elementary students
• Manage a caseload of around 55 students, ensuring compliance with IEP requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Provide direct and consultative services, utilizing the 3:1 service delivery model
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation of student progress and outcomes
