Seasonal Lab Technician

What You'll Do: Prepare soil samples for a wide variety of testing procedures, following outlined methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Operate and maintain scientific equipment/instrumentation. Document activities and report results accurately and concisely. Assist group leaders and analysts in ordering and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentation. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and work areas. What You'll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of previous experience working in an environmental laboratory is preferred. Willingness and ability to work day shift (approx. 8 am-6 pm; variable hours worked per week depending on business need). Waypoint Analytical is an equal opportunity employer.
