Education Requirements Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Strong preference for candidates with completed clinical rotations emphasizing surgical practice. Certifications Needed Current and unrestricted certification as a PA-C . Hold active BLS and ACLS certifications. State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant.
