A leading national homebuilder is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Audit Assistant to support its risk management team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative or legal support background who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to grow within risk, compliance, or audit functions.

** What You’ll Be Doing: **

• Assist in locating and gathering legal and claim-related documents (digital and physical)
• Organize and maintain case files within document management systems (e.g., Box)
• Compile documentation, identify missing items, and maintain detailed tracking logs
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications
• Coordinate with internal departments to retrieve and verify documentation
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information

** What They’re Looking For: **

• High school diploma required; some college or legal assistant training preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in a legal assistant, risk, compliance, audit, insurance, or administrative role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, follow direction, and work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with tools like Legal Tracker or iManage is a plus
