POSITION DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers within our Service & Remodel Segment . You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and relationships with our clients. COMPENSATION: Hourly wage is set between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour, dependent on experience. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and our portal with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service.
