Clinician

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Clinician to provide outpatient behavioral health services to diverse patients. In this role, you will complete psychosocial assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality outcomes. Clinicians also maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in case conferences and supervision, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a compassionate, inclusive environment focused on professional growth.
