Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical skills considered
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating IEPs, and delivering evidence-based therapy
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Current knowledge of best practices in speech and language therapy for school-aged children

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring interventions to student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for multidisciplinary student support
• Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training and resources for teachers and parents as needed
• Stay current with professional development and maintain certifications
