L&V economy is good, and it product 3.8 million different motors in every year.our company in Zhaoqing: Total land area: 35,15 7.7 square meters, with about 1,800 employees, management / technical staff of 280.Now, our Marketing Department Manager position is open, expatriates, returnee Chinese, HongKonger, Taiwanese, Singaporean are all welcome.Job Title: Marketing Department ManagerPositon level: Department ManagerDirect Subordinate: Project manager, AssistantDirect Supervisor: General Manager:1/ According to the company shareholders' meeting resolution of the board and general manager of the instructions, the development of the sector development planning and short-term plans;2/ According to the Development Planning Organization to develop the department's annual work plan, quarterly work plan, monthly work plan;3/ Repsonsible for leading program management team activites including business pursuit and program launch execution4/Responsible for reviewing and approving all quotations and deciding commercial terms and pricing5/ Responsible for overseeing or performing commercial issue negotiations on pricing and business terms and conditions6/ Responsible for implementing and maintaining APQP and PDP process procedures7/ Repsonsible for leading program management team to ensure program schedules and PDP process are adhered to8/ Responsible for arranging resources and finding solutions when program teams encounter barriers9/ Responsible as contact person for high level customer escalations and problem resolution and management10/ Repsonsible to coordinate department managers to support critical project activities11/ Responsible to ensure company 5 year sales forecast is updated accuratly12/ Responsible for managing department KPI and Budgeting13/ Responsible for organize the departmental staff to take the training for developed work standards, work processes and rules and regulations.14/ Review all the contract of Marketing.15/ Market and customer analysis16/ Report to the direct supervisor regularly, and listen to the subordinate for their work and make the work of assessment17/ Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership of the company18/ comprehensive day-to-day management.Best regardsHR
