Role Overview Responsible for developing, implementing, and auditing site-specific Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute occupational health and safety initiatives Identify workplace hazards, recommend solutions, and monitor their effectiveness Conduct safety training sessions, maintain documentation, and oversee employee engagement Investigate accidents and property damage, prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies Coordinate workers’ compensation cases and promote safety culture Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare or similar environment with safety program administration High School Diploma required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
