Inside Sales Representative (85K Base + Uncapped Commission)

Location: Kenvil, NJ – Hybrid eligibility after 6 months Salary: $85,000 Base + Uncapped Commissions (OTE $170k) + Benefits Benefits: Medical Coverage Reimbursement, 401k w/ match + PTO Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: M-F, 8:30am – 5pm ET Start Date: ASAP Travel: Less than 10% for trade shows and client meetings Sponsorship is not available Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Kenvil, New Jersey. In this role, you’ll own a pipeline of warm leads, dormant accounts, and trade show contacts, and working the phones daily to re-engage these prospects and turn those conversations into closed business. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and manage projects from concept through delivery. To be successful in this role, you must pick up the phone, think creatively, and have good communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is motivated by uncapped earning potential and room for growth. After 6 months, you’ll have the flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid schedule.
