Octametro LLC is seeking a dependable Carpenter Helper who is motivated to work and learn in our workshop located in Doral, Florida.

Our company specializes in the fabrication of custom trade show booths, retail kiosks, displays, counters, cabinets, and commercial fixtures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist carpenters with the fabrication and assembly of wood structures and commercial fixtures.
• Help measure, prepare, cut, and organize materials.
• Sand, clean, and prepare parts for painting or laminating.
• Load, unload, pack, and organize materials and completed projects.
• Assist with the assembly and installation of trade show booths and kiosks.
• Keep tools and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow instructions from the carpenter and workshop supervisor.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in carpentry, construction, assembly, or manual labor is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Must speak Spanish.
• Must be punctual, responsible, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.

Experience working with solid surface materials is a plus.
