Support Services Specialist
The following are the duties of this position at the GS-11. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position. As a Support Services Specialist, you will:
- Serve as Coordinator for PTSP for all NARA employees, managing all aspects of the program.
- Coordinate the Public Transit Subsidy Program (PTSP) for the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) nationwide.
- Develop and conduct internal management control oversight of the programs and services to ensure no fraud, waste, or abuse.
- Serve as the agency focal point for information regarding community services and events offered by NARA.
- Assess the need for the planned expansion or adaptation of programs and services offered.
