First Choice Restoration is a growing fire and water damage restoration and reconstruction company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Central Washington. We are looking for an experienced Drywall Hanger & Taper who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a professional team.

Compensation

Pay: $25 – $35 per hour (DOE)

Monday through Friday

8-hour shifts

Overtime opportunities may be available

Responsibilities

Hang drywall on residential and commercial restoration and remodeling projects.

Tape, mud, texture, sand, and finish drywall to a paint-ready surface.

Match existing textures, including orange peel, knockdown, and hand textures.

Repair water- and fire-damaged drywall and ceilings.

Measure, cut, and install drywall accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members.

Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Assist with other reconstruction tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of drywall hanging and finishing experience preferred.

Minimum 2 years of construction experience preferred.

Valid driver's license required.

Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
