3rd Shift Assistant Line Lead

**Job Summary:**
As a WeSource 3rd Shift Assistant Line Lead at Maxton, you will be responsible for assembling components, packaging materials, and sorting products manually to complete projects efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring the packaging process meets quality standards.

**Qualifications:**
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Responsibilities:**
- Clean packaging containers to prepare for the assembly process.
- Line and pad crates, assemble cartons, and wrap protective materials around products.
- Obtain, sort, and weigh products before packaging.
- Operate and regulate conveyor speed to manage the packaging process efficiently.
- Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Record packaging information such as weight, time, and date accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
