You will provide quarterly inspections to existing customers to generate new orders. In some cases, you will be responsible for performing the labor to fulfill the order. You will also spend part of your time generating new business opportunities and growing The Seals of Boston's customer base. If you’re a self-starter who wants control over your income and don’t want to sit behind a desk, apply now. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients within the assigned territory
- Conduct sales presentations and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive lead generation through cold calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the franchise owner and internal team to transition closed sales to operations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM systems
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience using CRM tools is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience using CRM tools is preferred
- Experience in restaurants or commercial kitchens
- Familiarity with health inspections or refrigeration equipment
- Basic handyman skills
- Unlimited Ceiling Commission: Your earning potential is entirely up to you. No cap on what you can make through generated sales.
