Schedule: 3x12 hr shifts (Variable – Day/Night)

Job Summary

• Provide independent nursing care and delegated medical functions per state Board of Nursing standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform health teaching, counseling, and supportive/restorative therapy.
• Execute delegated medical functions and refer patients as needed.
• Monitor treatment plans and document per hospital/regulatory guidelines.
• Float to other departments or be on-call if required.

Skills & Experience

• Ability to perform essential nursing duties independently.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills.
• Previous RN experience.

Education & Licensure

• Required: ASN from accredited Nursing School, RN license (state of practice), BLS (AHA).
• Preferred: BSN, ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications as appropriate.
