You are a dependable, self-directed professional who takes ownership of your work, exercises sound judgment, and consistently follows through.You enjoy being part of a team, take initiative to solve problems, and are motivated to learn how the business operates from the inside out.You are eager to become an integral part of our highly successful Life Science leasing team.In this role, you will…Effectively plan, prioritize, and drive multiple tasks to timely, accurate completion with minimal oversightTake full ownership of assigned work, proactively identifying needs, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracksMaintain focus and composure in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities without sacrificing quality or professionalismCoordinate calendars, meetings, and client interactions with a high level of professionalismProvide day-to-day administrative support including file management, contact and database maintenance, invoicing, and general office supportSupport the creation and execution of proposals, presentations, correspondence, and RFPs using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointAdminister, edit, and maintain marketing and business collateral independently and in coordination with the Marketing teamConduct research and prepare content for proposals, surveys, lease documents and comparative analysesResearch Life Science companies, tenants, and market activity, including lease comps and velocity trackingServe as the social media lead for the Life Science teamWhat you’ll bring…Minimum of five (5) years administrative or team support experience in a professional services environmentA high level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentA solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay focused, adaptable, and constructive in all situationsDemonstrated ability to take initiative, follow through, and get work across the finish lineExcellent organizational, time management, proofreading, and multitasking skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyA customer service mindset and the ability to work effectively with a range of personalities, demonstrating patience, professionalism, and resilienceProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe AcrobatWorking knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems; comfort with data tracking toolsA Bachelor’s degree a plusCommercial real estate experience a plusPursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:Area/Location Specific: Boston, MA (Onsite)Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $27.00 to $39.62 USD per hour.Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations.
