We move away from the "high-volume" model to focus on personalized care, excellent communication, and a calm, comfortable patient experience. We are looking for a teammate who is passionate about oral health and eager to build long-term relationships with our patient family.
Pay
$48~$52 per hour

Requirements
- Licensed dental hygienist
Licensure: Active Illinois Dental Hygienist license (Required).
Experience: 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a gentle, compassionate chairside manner.
Attributes: High attention to detail and a commitment to a "patient-first" boutique environment.
Requirements: Proficiency in medical terminology and a desire for long-term team growth.
Job Description
Comprehensive Care: Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and detailed screenings.
Diagnostics: Take/review digital radiographs and assist in diagnosing periodontal conditions.
Patient Education: Empower patients with personalized preventive care and treatment recommendations.
Clinical Excellence: Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to strict infection control/sterilization protocols.
Collaboration: Work closely with the dentist and team to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
